There's potential here, for sure. It's okay for a lazy evening, just don't expect too much.

Good in parts, uneven in others. The lead does well, but the supporting cast feels underused. Worth a watch if you're in the mood, but don't rush.

Therefore, things are naturally less enjoyable than in the original film. To me, everything's just a little slow and predictable so I can't rate it higher. There are some notable newcomers though, with Lucy Liu (Mei) and Sandra Oh (Ting-Ting) appearing.
