How did this get greenlit? The 6.0 rating doesn't surprise me. I gotta be honest, the story gets bogged down in the second act.

The film is a delightful experience from start to finish, a complete classic that has been a box office success and is one of Walt Disney's triumphs. Moving forward, the live-action films, 101 Dalmatians and 102 Dalmatians, are based on the cartoon and offer a fresh take on the storyline with Glenn Close's portrayal of Cruella Deville being particularly outstanding. The sequel, 101 Dalmatians Part 2 in the Animated Series, focuses on Patch's adventures in London, adding a new dimension to the beloved premise.
